This container is the first order under the dealer's annual supply plan and covers American kitchen cabinet carcasses and doors, nightstands, custom wardrobes, entryway cabinets and matching hardware. Loading follows showroom sequencing, with the first items to be displayed placed near the doors to reduce sorting work at destination.
Under the dealer model we schedule production in batches against the annual plan and provide carton dimensions, gross weight, quantities and estimated CBM before each shipment so the dealer can arrange storage and store delivery. Packing uses heavy-duty cartons with foam corner protection, and doors and glass parts are reinforced separately.
